SOL LABS Return & Exchange Policy

At SOL LABS, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

  • We accept returns and exchanges for purchases made directly from sollabs.co within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be at least half full and returned in their original packaging.
  • If returning a set, all components must be included in the return.
  • Items marked as final sale or promotional giveaways are not eligible for return.
  • Customer pays Flat Rate of $6.95 for return label.
  • We do not accept returns for purchases made through unauthorized retailers or third-party marketplaces. Please contact the original place of purchase for assistance.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate Return/Exchange: Have you order # ready. You can then click on the link HERE to initiate your return/echange
  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  3. Shipping Your Return:
    • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
    • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund & Processing

  • Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (minus any shipping and handling fees, if applicable).
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if the return does not meet policy conditions.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your SOL LABS product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@sollabs.co with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe in our formulations, and we want you to love them too. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we will work with you to find a resolution—whether it’s a replacement, exchange, or refund.
